my room, a premium room garden view, included a mini-bar that was restocked daily. it had complimentary soft drinks. i found the fitness center offered top-class equipment, including several treadmills. i also noticed the staff maintained high cleanliness standards across all public areas!!!

The food was amazing!!! every meal reminded me of a feast. the hotel also provides free access to a nearby waterpark, including transportation. It was a fantastic bonus. i especially liked that the rooms have independent air conditioning. It helped a lot.

i noticed a little dust on some fixtures.

The staff here is quite helpful. Moses at breakfast provided great service. Iris did a nice job keeping our room tidy and made towel animals for us.

The hotel is at the end of the Palm, and it is a long drive into town.

Robin at the front desk was good with his work. He took care of every detail for our stay. He ensured my family felt comfortable, especially as we were celebrating an event. I would surely come back for my next trip. His service deserves a reward.

The shop located inside the hotel seemed to stock almost nothing of interest to me.
